Not shying away from the colder weather, Red Bull has just released a new Winter Edition in Aotearoa - and it comes with a big reputation.
Red Bull's Iced Vanilla Berry flavour caused a huge fuss when it dropped in the Northern Hemisphere, so much so that the icy-blue cans are currently on sale for over $30 USD each on eBay.
The limited-edition flavour isn't being sold in the States anymore, but it has made its way here, switching things up with a combo of "cool blueberry,smooth vanilla and a refreshing hint of eucalyptus".
We were some of the first in Aotearoa to give it a try - after we smashed the giant block of ice the cans arrived in. We were surprised to find the drink is as blue as the cans, and the flavour was pretty unexpected too.

Here at Rova HQ, Jacob said he thought Iced Vanilla Berry tasted more like a Rosebud cocktail than the OG redbull, and he wasn't the only one who made a cocktail comparison.
Bella reckoned she wasn't normally a Red Bull drinker but she could "see this new flavour leading her astray".
While Bethan, a fan of the original, said she "might have a new favourite".
Sam couldn't quite put his finger on the flavour but said it reminded him of the blue lollies he was never allowed to eat as a kid.
"After many years of using Red Bull as a mixer with vodka it was very refreshing to have a wholesome memory associated with an energy drink."
Meanwhile, Lisa loved how much she could taste the vanilla, saying it made the flavour an "immediate 10/10".
The flavour is set to be on Kiwi shelves for a limited time only, and Red Bull says it won't be coming back once it's gone.
Even if you're not sold on the flavour, maybe you'll be able to make big bucks on TradeMe one day if you get manage to get your mitts on one.
