'Too far?': MAFS star Lucinda Light's x-rated bedroom advice for women is going viral

If anyone's gonna say it, I'm just glad I heard it from her.

Just when we thought we couldn’t love 'Married At First Sight' bride Lucinda Light any more, she’s gone and outdone herself with some seriously spicy – and kinda messy – advice on how to keep the passion alive in a relationship.

Lucinda jumped on the 'Newly Weds' podcast with Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo, and let’s just say... this chat definitely is NSFW. You have been warned.

Jamie kicked the conversation off with: “If you’re in a relationship and you’re the jackhammer person, you’re not really expressing love making for what it is…” before asking how to make a change.

Following with some solid advice, Lucinda says to “really dissolve into each other”.

She added: “Surrender for the woman. Really let go.”

But then in what was the biggest curveball, she turned to Sophie and asked: “Are you a squirter?”

“Is that too much?” Lucinda asks. Yes, but the chat continued.

Jamie laughed it off as “absolutely ideal,” chat. Sophie admitted she wasn’t, and said she thought it was basically just... "pee".

Lucinda said she believes every woman CAN do it, calling it part of our “sacred fluids” and encouraging people to get “wet and wild” and really “bear down” in the moment.

I mean, at this point, we’re used to Lucinda keeping it real, but this one’s easily the most out the gate chat we've heard from her.

Others agree with commenters writing: “Outrageous, it’s fantastic - love it!”

“Love thisssss 🔥 more of these chats in the mainstream 💦💦💦,” said another.

A third agreed: “Lucinda, you are so brave, stepping up and talking about taboo topics. I can’t wait to see how far you will go with your influence, your kindness, and I hope it’s in the direction of empowering women and men to relate better, to see the potential for living more fully, more courageously and letting go.”

Someone else wrote: “Prime example of why I love Lucinda! Not afraid to speak her mind and always does it in the most encouraging way possible, no matter the subject! 🙌🤣."

Look, if anyone is going to make a topic like this sound so elegant, it’s going to be Lucinda.
