Will Brown and Broc Feeney chat Supercars ahead of 2025 ITM Taupō Super 440

They even chucked Honeybone in for a few Hot Laps.

With Red Bull being the legends they are, they invited Honeybone for a hot lap with their Supercars drivers at Hampton Downs.

After that, he had a quick yarns with the fellas - and they shared some bloody good insight with us.

Honeybone had a cracker of a time, reaching 226km in the Chevvy alongside reigning Supercars champ Will Brown.

Not sure he was quite as stoked about downing a KFC wrap just half an hour before getting in.

Still, it was a sick opportunity to get within touching distance of the guys ahead of this weekend’s Supercars Repco Championship, where they’ll be competing in the ITM Taupо̄ Super 440.

Both Will Brown and Broc Feeney are certified superstars in the sport right now, so we were pretty stoked to pick their brains ahead of the big weekend.

Honeybone’s Hot Lap driver was 26-year-old Will Brown - the first bloke in 40 years to get a podium finish in every race last year.

He’s coming into 2025 as the reigning Supercars champ, and with a taste of NASCAR under his belt in 2024, we’d bet good money it won’t be his last appearance.

Up-and-comer Broc Feeny is determined to go one better than this second place finish last year.

I mean, he is at the helm of some epic history - at just 15 years old, he became the youngest winner in the Toyota 86 series history. The now 22-year-old wants to make some more history in Taupо̄.
